Did you know that with the latest version of DeskTop Mailer and Business Edition that we added a new feature that will allow you to add the missing fields that are required or recommended that you are missing from the warning window?  Yes you can do this right away and when the Record Layout window opens, and you choose to add the fields, the missing fields will be added to the end of list of fields that are already defined in the database.  Just something to make it a bit easier for our customers.
