There are several ways to find answers to FAQ's, How To's, and training for SAP BusinessObjects Postalsoft and DeskTop Mailer:
After you have installed the software, refer to the installed "User's Guide" by clicking Start > Programs and in the list choose Postalsoft Business Edition or DeskTop Mailer and then User's Guide. There is a wealth of information in the User's Guide and it is updated with each full Service Pack (new version) you install. Release Notes are also installed as well. Release Notes contain specific information about the Service Pack (version) you have installed.
From within Postalsoft, click Help and go to the Postalsoft Help Topics, for quick access to all kinds of information as well. Also, when you have a job open you can press F1 and the Help Topic associated with the screen you are on will pop up.
Bookmark the page on the SCN for access to Blogs, Documents, and Discussions (use to be called forums).
