SuiteLink will be mandatory for address data processors for CASS/MASS Cycle N.

SuiteLink contains suite numbers for business addresses in selective highrise buildings. These are targeted highrise addresses with high volume of default mail. The SuiteLink product improves business addressing information through the assignment of a suite number when available, and allows the USPS to achieve increased mail volume sorted in delivery point sequence.

In order to be CASS compliant for CASS Cycle N, August 1, 2011, you must use SuiteLink processing as well as DPV/LACSLink in order to be CASS Certified and have the software produce a 3553 CASS report. These changes will be included in the SAP Software releases prior to CASS Cycle N.

The SuiteLink option and directory data can be purchased through your sales account manager.

Questions or concerns for CASS N requirements, please visit the USPS RIBBS website (ribbs.usps.gov), and you may contact the USPS NCSC at 800-589-5766.
