Thanks SCN team

The SAP Community Network team is listening! In case you ever doubted that: on Friday, my annual point count was 505, for the year 2011. And as everybody knows, Laure introduced a new counting scheme: Active Contributor Status: A 12-month rolling period. To find out my annual points ranging form February 2010 to February 2011 I had to go to my contributions list and filter the points for 1 year.

Today I logged on to SAP Community Network and what I see now is my annual point count:

Point in last 12 months. Easy to find, no more actions needed. Information at my fingertips.

      Indeed, I noticed it also this morning, it's much better to get a view on the points of a 12-month period. +1 for SCN team 🙂

      You have no idea how your blog warmed my heart on a Monday morning, first day of the week. There's no better way to start the day than to get the Community notice these little things. Thanks!
      I should have blogged about it, you beat me to it. I had this request in for a bit of time and now that it's live, it's one of the little things that make our life easier, right?
      Of course we listen and of course we want to make things consistent on SCN, so yes this little change was bound to happen!
      I also liked what Tom was suggesting for this area: a bar to show you where you are at in terms of your active contributor status, you can check his blog at Does the SAP SCN community need more achievements and rewards?
      Tom: it's high time we talked! The delay was on my side, so I take the blame 😉
