there were some early discussions with SAP Education in Europe and the EMEA EPM RIG has some plans as well. But so far no dates have been determined.
But look out for announcements.

Registration is open (registration link is in the blog)
BW rule groups in DTPs are a great way of doing it and we will cover that in the exercises. But the BPC transformation file can be used as well. Here is the syntax:
Keyword: MVAL
Mapping command usage:
Dimension =*MVAL(keyfiguretype1|dim_mem1||keyfiguretype2|dim_mem2||keyfiguretype3|dim_mem3 )
The dimension must be one existed column in the cube.
The dimension members in dim_mem must be the base members of the dimension (CALC = ‘N’).
The key-figure type must be the field name of the source data.
Users can directly input the dimension members in the dim_mem, or input any existing mapping command in the dim_mem, such as *newcol, *col or *newcol(cash)+*col(1).

A couple of questions come to mind...
(1) Did I read the slide correctly?
(2) What risks, if any, are there are on using this approach?
Are there limitations in the business rules or other BPC functionality that limits this?
Thanks!
Hatt
Thanks
