Business Architecture – the missing link between Strategy and IT

While nearly all Enterprise Architecture frameworks, Methods and Approaches include a Business Architecture approach, it is one of least applied principles, which results in inadequate connection to Business Model, limited link to the strategic business objectives, lack of Value Map/Drivers, needed Cascading Scorecards into value drivers and performance drivers, while having too low ROI and too high TCO. This session will take you through the main steps of a Business Architecture: From the strategic link, conceptual Planning to Business Blueprints and Build. The session will go through the main Business Architecture deliverables. All to build a sustainable Business Architecture that incorporates the differentiated and competitive competencies of your company.

Three things attendees will learn:

1.Learn how to apply SAP’s Business Architecture framework, method and governance model
2.Experience how achieve better Business – IT alignment
3.Discover how you interlink Business Model, strategic business objectives, Value Map, Scorecards into Enterprise Architecture
