One of the key features of SAP StreamWork is to help create a repetitive formula for success. The activities not only help to have a record of the success formula, but help in creating a new activity based on it. This is done using templates.
Similar to creating activities, Activity Templates can be created, or if you have a template available, this could be used as well.
Creation of template from an activity has been requested for in the feedback forum for StreamWork.
4 easy steps to create an activity using a template.
Go to My Templates
Click on Import template
Choose the template file:
The imported template will now be part of your templates list: 
You can now create your new activity using this template.
