The SAP CRM Interaction Center demo pod was very busy presenting to current as well as potential customers at the Sapphire NOW 2010 Conference in Orlando, FL. The Customer Service pod showcased both Interaction Center functionality along with its natural complement, SAP Business Communications Management (BCM) functionality.

The following SAP CRM functionalities, (including previous, current, and newly developed functionalities) were highlighted at the Customer Service pod at Sapphire NOW 2010:

  • Knowledge Articles
  • Enterprise Search
