Once you get started with StreamWork, create or join an activity and get going, you now get notification mails for every change that happens to your activity. This invasion of ones maibox is not really desired.
Here you will find the set of steps to set the frequency of notifications, as per your choice.
Go to the “settings” at the extreme right top of your StreamWork page:

You can set the frequency of email notifications to be sent to you in each of the following categories.
The settings shown here are what suit my needs the best. If in your case, it is a critical decision with every change being important you could have a setting done accordingly.
