Change in component names on SAP Service Marketplace starting December 4

When logging support messages for SAP BusinessObjects products on the SAP Service Marketplace, the components you choose will have a slight name change starting December 4, 2010.

What is changing? The BOJ prefix will be removed.

So, for example, if you currently choose BOJ-EIM-COR or BOJ-EIM-COM, you will choose EIM-COR or EIM-COM. If you choose BOJ-EIM-DS or BOJ-EIM-DEP, you will choose EIM-DS or EIM-DQ-DEP.

**It is important to choose the correct component for your product because it allows the support message to be routed to the correct team.**
