Notes on BlogWell 2010
As I reported earlier this week, SAP HQ is hosting BlogWell was hosted at SAP’s US HQ in Newtown Square, PA. (I saw a few tweets expressing confusion that when I mentioned SAP HQ–they thought I went in Germany. Sorry, I meant USA.)
This was my first time attending a social media conference, and I must say it set the bar pretty high. It was a fantastic way for big businesses to share about their social media campaigns and the success, failures, and takeaways from their team’s experience. It was also a reminder that social media is NEW. It’s even newer to the business world so we are the true pioneers.
My favorite sessions were given by SAP (great job Brian Ellefritz!), Scholastic, and Discovery Channel.
Marilyn Pratt, Michael Brenner, Brian Rice, and myself spent the time taking notes to share with the world. So I thought it only right, to make sure my own community had access to the links in case anyone was interested. Videos of all the sessions will be coming out over the next few weeks:
