SAP TechEd LV Diaries Part 2: Video Conversations about Business Analytics, StreamWork, TechEd & Mentorship

As mentioned in my previous blog “SAP TechEd LV Diaries Part 1:  SAP’s Mighty Mentors Do “The Needful” & Social Media Expert Sessions“, while at TechEd, I had the opportunity to speak to many interesting people and document the conversations with some of them via flip video.

Conference Insights

Here is a random selection of topics that I was able to gain deeper insights into, including SAP Business Analytics, StreamWork, SAP mentorship, plus reasons to attend the whole works: SAP TechEd Berlin, the Innovation Weekend , and TechEd Las Vegas (all in 2 weeks time).

In the following video, SAP Mentor Greg Myers, Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer for SEI, talks about the value of new SAP Business Analytics offering and what he gets out of being an SAP Mentor (2:14):

SAP Mentor John Harrickey, CIO at Canadian Standards Association, shares his views on SAP StreamWork in this short clip. (I’ve had the pleasure to have John as my customer  for the last 12 years, spanning jobs in three different companies and two countries; he mentioned the word “stalker” in Vegas :-)) (0:53):

Last but not least,  a video with SAP Mentor John Appleby, Head of Technologies for Bluefin Solutions, talking about the value he derived from attending SAP TechEd (Berlin & LV, plus the Innovation Weekend) and being a mentor (4:06):

As I am posting this blog, I am downloading an almost 20 minute flip video of an impromptu HANA demo by Martin Lang, set up after hours in one of the Expert Networking Lounges for Kuhan Milroy of SAP, CA,  John Appleby and myself.  I will post it as “TechEd Diaries Part 3” if it comes out alright…
