Highlights of this Postal Bulletin:
Effective Nov 1, required Dec 16, realignment of ZIP code 458 for eligible ZIP code tables Exhibits 246, 346, 366, 446, 456, and 466. 458 zip code moved from Cincinnati NDC to Detriot NDC. This change coincides with the Labeling list 601 change in PB 22295 (which is updated in Presort October directories). The 458 zip code change will be delivered in Presort November directories.
Effective Nov 1, 2010, Business Reply Mail pieces with Intelligent Mail barcodes has an option to omit the horizontal bars that are printed below the postage imprint. Since Presort does not support Business Reply Mail, Presort is not affected
Nov 1, DMM will be revised to include new sections 210, 220, 310, and 320 for Express Mail and Priority Mail letters and flats. No new standards for that type of mail.
