A Brief Chat With Phil Kisloff, at SAP TechEd Berlin
For those who don’t know Philip Kisloff, he’s one of the quieter SAP Mentors. He’s experienced, sharp, and concise. For reference, here are Phil’s SCN data points:
- Business card
- Blog list
- Top level ID (you don’t get a number in the 20K range without an early start)
And the blogger photo:
The team I’ve been working with on Solution Manager podcasts for the past several months – Jon Reed, Tony de Thomasis and Phil Avelar – have talked about expanding our vocal efforts to include guests, and Phil Kisloff is at the top of our list. While the time pressures, and zones, of Berlin made a full-scale one-hour LP recording session unlikely, I was able to cut a 45 with Phil K. Consider this the single before the album. Or if that’s too old-fashioned for you, it’s the $0.99 cut from an MP3 collection that would otherwise be $9.99.

You’ll be able to hear the show floor background noise, as this was done on the last day of TechEd, not to mention there’s very little post-processing on the audio file. The only edit, other than musical intros and outros, was the deletion of a side-bar tangent when both Phil and I scrambled to recall a point we meant to bring up.
Almost forgot, here’s Phil at the podcast site:
