“With a nearly 50 percent increase in use over the past three years, shared services has become the standard approach to corporate finance,” was the finding of a 2009 Hackett Group study

And a 2009 IQPC study indicates that 36 of the top 50 shared services organizations run SAP.

    Very good subject.  My only comment would be the links at the end of the slideshow are very hard to catch.   It would be nice to show them in the blog.

    At this time we do not have shared services in IT.  However, I believe some of the other areas do use shared services.  Not this software though.  (I’m a very small cog in a big wheel.)

    Having done multiple SAP Employee Interaction Center implementations I have been impressed with what I have see in demo’s/webinars on the new Shared Service Framework (SSF) more so on the FSCM than HCM side though I believe this will be a great solution for customers to use for their shared service center and looking forward to the upcoming ramp up.
