The Mailing Software Development Group (MSDG), a working group of IDEAlliance, has provided feedback to the Postal Regulatory Commission regarding the USPS Exigency Rate Case. As a software provider, we have never missed a regulatory release imposed by the USPS. We will continue to deliver our software technologies with high quality despite the short window of notice the USPS provides to make development changes. A main focus of ours is to allow time for our customers to implement changes and this focus remains even with the 90-day timeframe.
