Cindi Howson is the founder of BI Scorecard®, a resource for in-depth BI product reviews, based on exclusive hands-on testing. She has been advising clients on BI tool strategies and selections for 18 years. She is the author of Successful Business Intelligence: Secrets to Making BI a Killer App and Business Objects XI: The Complete Reference. Prior to founding BI Scorecard®, Howson was a manager at Deloitte & Touche and a BI standards leader for a Fortune 500 company. She is a TDWI (The Data Warehousing Institute) faculty member, contributing expert to Intelligent Enterprise and the B-EYE Network. She has an MBA from Rice University.
George Mathew is Vice President & General Manager for the SAP BusinessObjects Explorer family of products. Most recently, George led Business Intelligence portfolio strategy in SAP’s Office of the CEO. Previously, George was an early member of salesforce.com where he focused on technical account management, mergers & acquisitions, and product development. Early in his career, he was a founding member of Fort Point Partners, a management consultancy that delivered e-commerce expertise to leading financial services & consumer retail firms such as Barclays, State Street, J. Crew, and Nike. George has a BS in Computational Biology from Cornell University and an MBA from Duke University where he was a Fuqua Scholar.
