USPS Exigent Rate Case Timeline – the clock is ticking!

Back on July 6th, 2010 the USPS filed an exigency rate case (39 CFR 3010.66) with the PRC.  The PRC has until October 4th, 2010 to respond by approving it, deny the request, or approve based on a set of recommended changes.  The USPS is requesting that the proposed changes go into effect January 2, 2011.

What will be happening in-between all those dates let me tell you.
