How
After executing a report or a dashboard click on the camera looking icon to send any report to a briefing book. If you have already set up a default briefing book, you are all done if not the system will prompt you to select a book from the list of available books.
Note: Keep in mind that the reports / dashboards that are added to the briefing books are independent copies, meaning any changes (even deleting the object) made to the reports / dashboards (after adding them to the briefing books) will not be reflected in the briefing book. Even when refreshing the data in the briefing book only the data is updated and nothing else.
