For the Localization Brazil, the car factories and their partners have to share logistics information of a performed sale together with the related NFe. But the problem is that the Government (SEFAZ) has only homologated fiscal information inside the XML file. Thus, nowadays, many different solutions were adopted what causes non-standardization. Therefore, companies which sell to the car factories have many troubles and even, have their invoices blocked.
Much effort has been spent on this and so far, no common point was reached.
So, in order to prevent even more troubles, and have an “official” decision, the sector unions (ANFAVEA and SINDIPEÇAS) are together with the companies involved in the automotive market, in a task force to create one single solution and convince SEFAZ (Government) to adopt it and make its use mandatory. SEFAZ is the most effective, fastest and, in my opinion, the only path to make this solution feasible. SEFAZ has done the standardization and offered a NF-e Applet to communicate. If we can add the logistics information to this applet, then it will be “law”.
