New Forum for Shared Services Center (AIC, EIC)

I would like to introduce a new forum designed specifically for questions and answers related to the Shared Service Center (AIC, EIC).  The intention of the Shared Services Center Forum is to discuss best practices on how to effectively consolidate IT systems and how to design and redesign business processes in the Human Resources, Finance & Accounting and Employee areas. Please post your questions and answers for IT consolidation, SAP Shared Service Framework

Until recently questions regarding the Accounting Interaction Center (AIC) and Employee Interaction Center (EIC) were spread across multiple forums and often did not get answered at all.  We have done our best to move, consolidate and answer all of these questions in the new Shared Service Center (AIC, EIC) forum.

Anne Fish who is the Director of CRM Product development has been a great help in moving this forum forward as well as created a new page in the Employee Interaction Center – CRM or ERP BPX wiki.

Our goal and commitment is to make the Shared Service Center (AIC, EIC) a true success and a valuable knowledge tool for the community, and product management experts will be monitoring the site and contributing to the discussions — but we cannot do it without YOU! So, please spend a few minutes and post a thread to help us kick-start the forum or set an RSS feed on the forum to ensure you get the latest feed and updates on interesting discussions that are taking place.

As a token of our appreciation, we will be awarding points to participants who contribute and if you know of any colleagues who would be interested and could benefit from this forum, forward the forum URL on to them! We look forward to comprehensive and constructive discussions in this new addition to the SDN forum family.
