SAP EDUCATION NA – A Must-Read for ANYONE Interested in SAP Certification during 2010

UPDATED on 7/29/2010

For the SAP ecosystem, 2010 will be a year of change, refinement and emergence from the recent economic challenges we have all faced. Although signs are pointing to recovery, this new environment will mean an even more competitive bidding environment and clients who are seeking greater assurances in the ability for Partners to execute.

SAP Certification plays a significant role in helping address these challenges. In fact, SAP feels so strongly that certification can materially impact business objectives immediately, every single member of  SAP Consulting is in the process of becoming certified.

Beyond using Certification as a competitiive differentiator or as a skill set identifier, organizations with certified resources simply perform better. A recent IDC study showed that projects using certified resources deliver on time and on budget more often than projects without certified resources.

ACHIEVING SAP CERTIFICATION HAS NEVER BEEN EASIER!

SAP offers a wide range of resources to help facilitate your certification experience. We have also partnered with the testing service group Pearson/VUE to significantly expand our delivery scope and ensure that your exam site is never far away.

To find and register for your certification now, go to our North American Public Certification Website

OR

Perhaps, it would be wonderful if this scheme is introduced in India also.  Any plan like that in the near future ???

      Thanks

Hello and thanks for the message.  India's use of Pearson VUE differs from North America's use so any promotion must fit within their administration of the certification program.

Since I only work in the North America region, I am unable to answer for my colleagues in other regions like EMEA.  However, their use of VUE is very much different than the way NA uses VUE.

Definitely certification is a big plus for any consultant  so, every single member of  SAP Consulting is in the process of becoming certified.

But I think SAP does not want many people to get certified, That is why it has kept the certification fee so high or may be just another way of earning for SAP 🙂

      Hi Kenneth,

I tried to schedule my SAP certification exam through the Pearson Vue website. I tried the code "10CERTLI" to get the discount and the site gives a message that the code is invalid. I tried the code "10CERTED" and get the same message that this code is invalid.

Please let me know if there is an alternative code to get the discount on the SAP exam at Pearson Vue website.

      Regards,
      Arun.

There was a typo that was causing the error. I was able to book my exam using the code.

      Thanks,
      Arun.

What was the typo?  It wasn't with the codes themselves, correct?  They are correct as shown.

Good luck with the exam.  When you pass, let me know and I'll send you a logo.

      Hi Kenneth,

Yes, there was a typo when I entered the codes. The codes themselves are correct.

      Regards,
      Arun.
