We're just days away from the required date for switching over to the new postage statements (which ironically contain a date of "March 2010") that use "NDC" instead of "BMC" so you should be updated to the new software supporting those changes. For Presort users, that's 8.00c.05.
Today's Postal Bulletin appears to introduce nothing affecting Presort. The two DMM revisions are for "Click-N-Ship Insurance Indemnity Coverage Increase" and "New Facing Identification Mark E Pattern," neither of which has any direct support in Presort.
The other items are typical, with the normal minor post office changes and updates for overseas military mail, stamp announcements, etc.
The next issue on June 3 is the first bulletin in an even-numbered month, and those typically include label list updates.
