<p>This postal bulletin has just one item with a DMM revision, and that is to update 709.2, the Standard Mail volume incentive program that ended 30 September 2009, with new standards for a 2010 Standard Mail incentive program. Oh, and Dog Bite Prevention Week is coming up May 16-22, wouldn't want to miss that like I missed Star Wars day ("May the 4th be with you!" <groan>).</p><p>Regarding my entry from 22 Apr about the L009 changes, we don't have any update yet on how that "disentangling" is coming along to deal with the bundles and sacks that now seem to be out of the "drop ship derby." Especially if you drop ship auto flats to ASFs (or do other mailing that uses L009), expect to see some reduction in the amount of mail that will be eligible for destination prices once you start using the directories that include those changes (they're in our May directories).</p><p>Four weeks from now will be the first PB in an even-numbered month, so watch for more labeling list updates coming then.</p>
