2 million leaders!
Recently I read a blog in which Mark Yolton (Powered by YOU: SCN By The Numbers) wrote that SCN has now more than 2 MILLION registered members. It's great to see that the community passed the 2 million members milestone! And also SDN alone has nearly 2 million members! I think this is an incredibly number and a great success in the world of online collaboration.
BUT,
it is not just the number which is inspiring me. Robin Sharma (Robin Sharma is a leadership expert and #1 bestselling author) said it perfectly:
"Everyone is a Leader!".
Now, think again. Look at SCN from a different perspective. We have hear, on SCN, over 2 million leaderswho are, in the IT world, leaders in SAP.
On SCN we contribute, we share, we gain knowledge and find solutions to our problems. When we go out into the IT world, to our customers, we use this knowledge to realise success stories in the world of SAP. Everyone on SCN has behind him/her the power of 2 million Leaders.
Everyone here is a Leader!
And the most important think, I believe, is that on SCN everyone of us is also a Leader Without Title. No matter who we are, what our position is, what we are doing or how much we are earning. Whenever we see a question on a forum to which we know the answer, we answer it! No matter who is asking. POINT!
On SCN we are all members of one central community, we are all equal. And we will continue to contribute and help each other to be even greater Leaders and together I believe we are building a brighter future!
What would the IT world be without these 2 million leaders without title! 🙂 There would be a big knowledge gap!
I would like to say thanks to every Leader who tries everyday to be at his/her best by contributing to this community.
This Community is one of the most valuable stepping stones increasing the success of SAP.
