imageLeapfactor and SAP recently launched an ideation challenge that asks solvers to think on novel ways of implementing Leapfactor’s Approvals and Alerts micro applications within any given SAP implementation.

We are giving away $10,000 dollars cash and $2,500 in gift cards to the best ideas.

Yes, you read right: We only want your ideas. No coding, no prototyping, no complex stuff. Zero, Zilch, Nada! Only ideas.

While designing our first breed of apps, the executive suite, we thought on many different Mobile Use Cases for as many different industries as we could. Our vision of mobilizing all employees on earth demanded us to smartly think vertically and horizontally and intrepidly test our concepts diagonally. The end result: beautiful apps that will be adopted by multiple roles in multiple industries. And this is only the beginning.

Now the question is: Where do we start?

One easy way to know is to simply ask. That’s why we launch this challenge. We want to hear from the experts where they believe our low hanging fruit opportunity is. For Leapfactor, the opportunity is to mobilize business scenarios that were cost prohibitive in the past and for SAP to create new net revenue sources and markets (by the way, can your mobile partner do that for you?).

We are basically requesting solvers to be creative, apply their knowledge and identify:

  1. An industry and a process within that industry.

  2. One or more mobile use cases within that process that would benefit from using one or both of our micro apps.

  3. Where in an SAP-enabled ecosystem there are some or all of the alerts or approvals they think it would be valuable to mobilize.

  4. Benefits of mobilizing those Mobile Use Cases.

Help us think about scenarios where these two micro apps could change the picture in compelling ways. The more details you provide will help us better understand the opportunity and reach a fair verdict.

Stay tuned and see you at Sapphire!
