If so, then you may be interested in an idea crowdsourcing site that SAP Community Network will be introducing at SAPPHIRE.
Today, there are many ways to share feedback and ideas with SAP, be it via focus groups, Premier Customer Network, User groups or other channels. However, SAP does not have a way to enable contributions from the crowd, for example - to allow any end-user who use SAP’s products and solutions everyday to share their feedback and ideas. In addition, many existing channels require the SAP solution or product manager who own an area to manage the feedback on a one on one basis. The challenge is that the sheer amount of feedback can be overwhelming and ultimately inhibit a solution manager response. But what if there was a way for the community to identify a common set of feedback and ideas in a central place and let the wisdom of the crowd provide a perspective prioritization on the ideas?
And this is what Idea Place aims to provide. Idea Place will enable the community to share feedback and ideas around particular SAP products, solutions, research projects, services and other areas related to SAP. Contributors will be able to share ideas, submit comments and elaborate on others ideas. Or a simple search will identify ideas of interest that can be voted on, thereby increasing the value an idea by the crowd.
