Ingo Hilgefort is without doubt among the best known names on SAP Community Network. He is a mentor and supporter of many!
Obviously a "smart cookie", Ingo figured out early on that SAP's communities would help him answer questions only once; questions that he gets asked over and over again. The information he publishes is then consumed by literally thousands of people who are very grateful.
I know this for a fact, as last year, I approached Ingo for help in identifying SCN success stores. It was then that I found out that Ingo receives hundreds of "thank you" emails from the folks he supports with his SCN blogs, wikis, forum answers and mentor work. And I benefitted hugely from Ingo being so kind to share some of his network with me. This helped me create comprehensive stories about how SCN is helping its members (a lot of fun!).
