Podcast: How SAP Community Network, Partner PGS and EcoHub Help Collier County Manage Grants
An SAP Community Network podcast, hosted by Jon Reed of JonERP.com
In this SAP Community podcast, we get a view into how Penitus Global Solutions (PGS) have developed a public sector solution for grants management in collaboration with SAP Community Network resources. During this special tag-team podcast, Jon Reed speaks with Freddy Guerrero, Principal Partner PGS, about how his team developed the grants management solution by using SAP’s communities as a product feedback loop. Guerrero also explains how visibility within EcoHub makes a difference for PGS as an SAP partner.
In part two, the podcast features Marlene Foord and Kelly Jones of Collier County. Collier County uses the grants management solution from PGS to enhance their ability to track grants throughout the application cycle. Jones and Foord describe the lessons learned, including how they involved key stakeholders, and how they ensured that Collier County’s users get the information they need via portals and dashboards. For Collier County, this project was a milestone: being able to give users the visibility to track grant applications throughout the decision points, and empowering them to do so through their preferred interfaces.
