For every scenario please make sure Participate in PostalOne! Prog in IDEA Mail.dat block is set to “YES” and either the create IDEA PDR File or the create IMR File parameter is set to “YES” (both parameters should not be set to YES). For more details on choosing to create .pdr or .imr please see To upload IMR or upload PDR: that is the question

Scenario # 1 – Submit an ‘original ready-to-pay’ Mail.dat file
To test this scenario please make sure in the IDEA Mail.dat block, the Container Status Ready to Pay is set to “YES”

PER CSA Applies(Y/N)................. = n
Force 5DG Breakout in CQT and PQT(Y/N)= n
Destination Entry Known (Y/N)........ = Y
Add CR/LF to each record (Y/N)....... = Y

Scenario # 2 – Multiple postage statements
To test this scenario please make sure

• In the IDEA Mail.dat block, the Container Status Ready to Pay is set to “YES” and
• You should have more than one Entry Point block in your job and each Entry Point should have a different Postage Statement Mailing Date
