Project managers are confronted with an array of challenges as well as many technical and organizational issues. What are the essential project steps and project phases? At what stage will processes be synchronized with SAP Solution Manager? When will processes be updated with technical data? Which is the lead system during the various project phases? Can synchronization between systems be automated? It can—and how!

Sinje Seidler, ARIS for SAP product manager, was answering these questions and more in an interesting webcast, which I can highly recommend. Discover how to overcome project challenges using ARIS for SAP and supporting workflow processes (including reference processes) and ARIS Process Governance services. Learn more about the options for automating your routine project tasks to boost efficiency and effectiveness, thereby maximizing the potential of your SAP project.

Here you find the recording and in addition the slide deck.

The webcast was designed for companies that deploy SAP and especially addresses organizational managers, process owners, SAP project managers, and anyone interested in Business Process Management.

Is there a webcast or other information that shows how to create a process model, and then have it go through various steps from start to finish (Solution Manager)?

    Thanks! Maureen Haggarty
