Orlando: Even though partly cloudy the weather was perfect at 77F on 23rd Feb 2010, the day the conference started. The conference commenced with Keynote address by Richard Campione, EVP Business Suite solution and Peter Graf EVP Sustainability Solutions.
Time just flew away. Every day was packed with informative sessions in areas ranging from CRM to Supply Chain logistics and breakout times for networking. There were a large number of attendees which also gave insight of the improving economy. Few participants were interested in exploring SAP CRM solution and understanding how SAP can help their organization. Experiences and expertise were shared among all during group discussions and interactive sessions.
I, along with my VP, was there to share my project experience and know-how of CRM 7.0 IC implementation case study. People were really interested in our case study and the participation during the presentation was commendable. It threw light on implementation, difficulties faced and solutions during the implementation process. The solution showcase was also one of the major attraction among the participant.
Last but not the least, the food was excellent. Overall I would say it was a very successful and enriching experience where I learnt from others experiences and sessions. Also, the conference provided a platform to meet some very near and dear ones from the industry. I am looking forward to the conference in 2011 eagerly.
