First, I want to thank you for your time in making the CRM BPX Community an unprecedented success! It’s a great pleasure to see, the number of great ideas being exchanged, as well as problems getting resolved within the CRM community. The SAP CRM product organization actively participates in the CRM BPX/SCN community and we are always keen to contribute even more relevant content.
As you all know, with SAP CRM 2007/7.0, we introduced a radically improved UI. It set new standards in usability and user adoption. Customers and Analysts have been overwhelmingly positive in their reaction to the direction we are going with Customer Relationship Management.
We have heard that many of our customers want to upgrade now. At the same time we do understand, like with everything new, there may be initial challenges and unknowns when you embark on a CRM upgrade project.
We always want to help and I am very glad to say the answer lies in the community itself – “the knowledge sharing”.
