Quick start to BMC AppSight for SAP Client Diagnostics
At Australia Post we are always looking to exploit the value of Solution Manager and cut our support costs. The latest piece of innovation we have unlocked is the BMC AppSight for Client Diagnostics. This special version of BMC AppSight is used to perform root cause analysis of the SAP end user’s desktop.
As part of the SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition, you get a limited license for the Appsight console and the recording agent of BMC Appsight, known as the BMC “Black Box”. The limited license is delivered with customised Recording Profile templates for SAP functionality. Additional templates may be requested by raising an XX-PART-APS note on the Service Marketplace.
