I have one question here. Can we create multiple IDoc sender adapter for a single Sender SAP Business System? Or the IDoc package size mentioned in the sender idoc adapter is universal for all type of idocs sent by that business system?

Yes, multiple IDoc sender channels can be created for single SAP business system - hence the need for a sender agreement.
