There appear to be no changes that will affect Presort in this issue - no label list changes, no DMM revisions, nothing of that nature, just the "normal" mailing-related items (overseas military mail, minor PO address changes, Mail Alerts for large mailings going out in the next few weeks, etc.). This issue DOES have the annual index for 2009, however, so you might find it useful for that.

They got my attention with an "Intelligent Mail and Address Quality" section, but that's just about encouraging people to use the Internet Change of Address service instead of using a hard copy form.

And the graphic from the last page of the bulletin says the "USPS will not raise the price of First-Class Mail in 2010." I wish it said instead "USPS will not increase any postage rates in 2010," but maybe this is either just focused on retail consumers or accounting for the parcel rate changes that already took effect January 4.
