To better align the community with the SAP and SAP BusinessObjects solutions, changes were made to the left navigation today on SDN and the BusinessObjects Community (BOC).
Enterprise Information Management
A new Enterprise Information Management (EIM) area was introduced on SDN that centralizes the SAP NetWeaver and BusinessObjects information management solution content, making it easier to find what you need. Organized around the suite of SAP EIM solutions, this new area consists of these five key areas:

For now, the Data Integration and Quality Management page and the Data Services page are shared with BOC but will be removed from BOC in future. EIM will have its permanent home on SDN which will allow BOC to focus solely on business intelligence content.
Enterprise Performance Management
On the BusinessObjects Community, we’ve added left-hand navigation to the Enterprise Performance Management page which is shared with the BPX community. Similarly, in February, we’ll be adding a shared navigation link on BOC to the Governance, Risk, and Compliance page currently on BPX. Business Intelligence (BI) Best Practices
You’ll also note that we started a BI Best Practices area with content to help you develop business intelligence strategies. Stay tuned, though, as much more content will be added, and opportunities to share best practices will be available.
These are just some of the changes that you will be seeing over the next few months. The SCN team is working hard to make further improvements to better organize the content, with the goal of making it easier to find and navigate.
