As of CRM 7.0 it is possible to use icons (or a combination of text and icons) in the buttons of the Interaction Center communication toolbar. In this short video we will see how to quickly and easily add icons to the toolbar buttons. Note: John Burton is out sick this week. Filling in for him is the fearsome pirate captain "Low-Carb".
