A Simple Tutorial for Web Dynpro Popups

Hello Everyone!!

This happens to be my first blog. I just thought that i would share an article which i have recently published on SDN. I have recently started discovering all of the great features of SDN and found that i can spend hours on it.

Who ever thought that learning could be this fun. I like the fact that you can interact with a wide variety of people and get different opinions from different people around the globe.

Hats of to SDN community.

My tutorial basically deals with creating popup messages for ABAP webdynpro. These popup whenever they are called. I have tried my best to make things really simple so that newbies can understand. Hope its useful.

      Hello,

The final piece is to put the code after all the design is over. Do I have to put that piece of code in a method? If so, which method?
I am a newbie for WEBDYNPRO. Pl consider, if I asked you a basic question.

      Thanks,
      Kiran

      Hi Kiran,

      Thanks for your comment.

Sorry for the late reply. You put the code in an action. Suppose you want the code to get executed on clicking on a button in webdynpro. Then you create an action method for the button and enter the code in this method. when the button is clicked, the code is called and voila.... the popup appears.

      Warm Regards,
      Mz
