In case you would like to set Alloy metadata language as it appears in the Alloy side-shelf perfrom the following steps .
Steps –
- In the SAP Back-End System change the value of the Logon Language using transaction SU01 to the user locale.
- In Lotus notes client - Change the regional settings of the lotus notes machine. Open lotus notes client and go to File à Preferences à Regional setting and change the locale at regional profile.
- Replace the mail template for the user with one created for that particular locale (For this you would need to create an IT/ IBC message or contact Administrator providing user info)
- Copy your Notes 8 desktop icon (possibly change the label to indicate it's for pseudo testing). Open the properties for this icon and change the target to be as follows:
c:\notes\notes.exe -RPARAMS -nl -nl de
Just add the highlighted section above (the other part should remain as for the original Notes desktop icon). The two "-nl" arguments are required.
Then run Notes from this new desktop icon.
This should fetch the Leave ad Trip in the specified language.
