It's hard to know where the best ideas come from. Sure, we can workshop a concept, get a bunch of people into a room and scribble all over the whiteboard, but this limits the creativity to those in the room. It limits our understanding to the combined creativity of those privileged participants.

And when it comes to SAP education and learning, it is clear that there are many passionate and articulate voices already within the community - voices with experience, deep understanding and a willingness to share their vision and their hopes (as well as their frustrations).

So with this in mind, we have recently created IdeaShare - a place where you can not just share your ideas on the future of learning, but also vote on the ideas that others have put forward. You can put forward ideas for new courses, new functionality or even new approaches. Those which are supported by the community, we hope, will receive a number of votes - and we can, in turn, take these to our teams as propositions for future consideration.

We are working to put these "social learning" ideas into practice - and we look forward to your thoughts, your votes and your ideas.
