The SSPA STAR Awards are prestigious peer-recognition awards that honor companies that demonstrate ongoing, high-level commitment to delivering world-class results.  Companies seeking this award must pass a rigorous review by a select industry committee, providing specific baseline data, a detailed description of the process, performance metrics, returns and benefits, and other information about what makes their best practice unique.  The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA) is the largest and most influential association for technology service and support professionals.

Since its inception in 1990, the STAR Awards have become one of the highest honors in the service and support industry, acknowledging the contribution of companies of all sizes to the continual improvement of service and support delivery industry-wide.  Winning a STAR Award means that you and your support organization have been acknowledged by your peers as being among the best in the business.
