SAP Active Global Support is the 2009 winner of the SSPA (The Services and Support Professionals Association) Award, for Excellence in Partner Management!  The award was presented at a Technology Services World Conference in Las Vegas on October 21st, and Anja-Christina Bruehling, SAP VP of Active Global Support Partner Management was there to accept the award.  There were over 15 companies who applied for this award, and SAP defeated Cisco for the top spot.  SAP Active Global Support manages Run SAP partners for adoption of end-to-end support standards into the market to standardize the ecosystem, SAP Integrated Support partners for our software solution partners, Value Added Reseller Support partners for Channel partners and Delivery partners for resource augmentation of support.
