Part 2: User Adoption and Acceptance
This year at teched 2009 in phoenix, vijay.vijayasankar/blog and myself are hosting a special followup to the Future of CRM Public SAP Mentor Webinar - August 18th 9AM PST conducted in August of this year. For those interested in logistics, this session will be held in Lounge three on Tuesday October 13th from 3PM to 4:30PM. If you are looking for CRM content at teched this will be your chance beyond a SAP Mobile CRM demo at 2:30PM in Lounge 4, to discuss CRM related issues with your SAP CRM mentors and your fellow BPX CRM community members.
The planned format is the following however Vijay and myself reserve the right to change as fit:
- General Introduction (5 minutes)
- Vijay will discuss CRM analytics ( 25 minutes )
- Session Break ( 5 minutes)
- Stephen will discuss Social CRM / User Adoption ( 25 minutes )
- CRM Q & A Pit ( 30 minutes)
In both of our pods we plan on doing a brief intro and will be asking one another questions on the topic at hand. In addition we will have at least one question for you the audience member to provide input.
The last 30 minutes will be reserved for the CRM Q & A PIt. Think of this as the SCN CRM forums/blog/wikis coming alive for at least one half hour. We are going to open up the scope and let the discussion from the previous two topics take its natural course, or end up somewhere in the world of SAP CRM. We will leave it to those attending on what you want to talk about in the world of SAP CRM.
