As I shared in my last Upcoming Event: Maximizing Business Intelligence in a Data-Driven Enterprise, we got an opportunity to share the implementation experience and lessons learnt from Lexmark in a Processing Magazine hosted webinaron September 16, 2009. While I will let you hear and judge for yourself, in case you missed the event, one thing I can say is that this webinar provided a lot of insight not just on the technology aspects of BI and IM but also on the “people and process” aspects of these solutions.

These webinars are a wonderful opportunity for the audience to learn from not just SAP but also collaborate with a great company like Lexmark to better understand how their manufacturing peers are dealing with similar business challenges.
