Don’t Miss the ASUG Event in Chicago on 9/17/09!

Wanted to get the word out about the first face to face meeting of a newly formed special interest group founded by SAP and Sun Partner’s and customers.

The SAP on Sun SIG was created by Sun and SAP customers and partners to create a forum for the exchange of ideas regarding best practices for SAP on Sun. The current list of SAP special interest groups does not include any that are “platform” centric, the majority being industry or application function related, so this is as a unique opportunity to create a group that discusses the best optimization of SAP on the Sun Platform as well as a variety of other technologies such as virtualization, security, high availability and systems management to name a few.

The goal of the new SAP on Sun SIG is to provide members with technical updates, educational offerings and a venue to influence the technology development between SAP and Sun delivered through a variety of formats, such as teleconferences, Webcasts, forums, and seminars.

Register now to attend our live event taking place in Chicago.

This event will cover:

  • Technology roadmap between Sun and SAP
  • Eco-Optimized energy-efficient SAP solutions, including virtualization technologies
  • Business Intelligence Data Warehouse architectures, including SAP Business Objects and SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse Accelerator
  • Systems and Performance Management
  • SAP’s Enhancement and Support Pack Strategy
