Our second session blasted into high mode with Gregor Wolf having taken place at 5:00 PM (current German time). His session dealt with application testing and is listed as the SAP testing tool eCATT currently does only support SAP GUI and WebDynpro Java UI’s. The Open Source Tool Selenium can be used to test also WebDynpro ABAP and SAP CRM Web UI. Selenium allows to record a test using the Selenium IDE Add-On for Firefox. This recording can then be converted to a ABAP Unit Test. The WebAS ABAP then calls Selenium RC which an run on your local desktop machine controlling the Browser for testing.
