Yeah!!! It sounds amazing but it is true. The things we need to achieve this logging are none other then just simple tools which we use daily at work. What we need is a mouse with biometrics technology enabled. Reach out to your workstation and simply hold the mouse and you see you are logged on to your portal. Amazing isn’t. There are mouse available in the market with biometrics enabled features. So if you are securing your system, SAP with their latest hit Biometrics Security, You can logon even while someone around you or with you, that too without revealing your password. Wow!!! Soon we are going to fly without planes. That’s what I hope for. I am going to get one for me. Do you really want it!!!

This technology is around since 2005 (I used it on my desktop).

As this is being supported in windows os logon,
I am wondering how it will support to logon SAP -portal, request you to give details about this.
    (I tried it without success)

There is a company with several former SAP managers that has an application to control not only logon to SAP, but field level security using Biometrics. They have put on presentations at SAPPHIRE, TECHED and ASUG Annual Conference. This is not new technology as the products have been around at least 4 years.  They probably have whitepapers and recorded webexs on the company site below that discusses how to use biometrics in SAP.
