It has been an emerging field since late 90’s.Scientist working to give it a new dimension which can be visualized by all of us.

Well I saw it first in a movie. I came to know what it is all about. Security has never been on its verge of zenith as before.

‘Biometrics’ uplifted security towards new horizons. Providing not only the strength of security but also gave us the platform to apply thoughts.

Biometrics is a spectacular version of biological science emerging in the field of high technology.

The confluence of human anatomy and technology can never be as productive as this.

Biometrics works on the principle that human anatomy has something or the other thing uncommon or unique. This uniqueness makes the individual identified easily.

Making identification easier and unquestionable together with authorization secured.

Biometrics subdivides itself into two wings.

- Physiological Biometrics

- Behavioral Biometrics.

Physiological is related to identifying finger prints, face recognitions thumb impression, foot prints etc.

Behavioral Biometrics deals with voice, gait, even typing rhythm is included amazing isn’t.

SAP entered in this field of biometrics. The security has never been better as before.

There are many reasons for the question as to why SAP into biometrics to check it please Have a look on this link
