In continuation to the previous blog on how to manage multiple assignments within the same OU with different percentages within the same day. Well, to think we can analyze which are the other functionalities in HCM which allows similar features:
1. Concurrent Employment: It allows the employee to have multiple personnel numbers for multiple assignment.
2. Cost Distribution: It allows the employee to have for a given time period at the max 25 records different /same Cost Center with same/different percentages
3. Time: In Shift Management we can create multiple Shifts and assign the respective payment rates So, can we use these existing framework and extend it for the Multiple Assignments?
We still need a more flexible Unit of measurement.
