On May 5, SRM 7.0 entered unrestricted shipment and is now Generally Available (GA).
We announced GA earlier than planned based on the results of a very successful Ramp Up program(Ramp Up started on schedule in November 2008). In Ramp Up, about 50 customers from all over the world tested 100% of the SRM scenarios, including the new scenarios: Service Procurement - Classic Scenario, Central Contract Management and Integrated Sourcing.
